Oblique Data Preprocessing

Instructions for use

The Oblique Data Preprocessing function is to check the Oblique Photography Model data in OSGB format before warehousing, and a text file will be generated under the OSGB folder after Check Data. The text records the OSGBoblique photography model of the error, the OSGBoblique photography model file of the error and the category of the error. For damaged files, they are automatically cut to New Folder; for error data, error data after repair processing is generated in the original file, and Source Data is backed up. You can cut the backup error data to another folder and then perform the Oblique Import operation.

Function entrance

  • 3D Data tab-> Oblique Photography group-> Data Processing drop-down menu-> Oblique Data Preprocessing button
  • Toolbox -> 3D Data -> Oblique Data Processing -> Oblique Data Preprocessing

Operation steps

  1. On the 3D Data tab, in the Oblique Photography group, in the Data Processing drop-down menu, click the Oblique Data Preprocessing button, The Oblique Data Preprocessing "dialog box pops up.
  2. Source Data Input Directory: Sets the folder where OGSB data is stored.
  3. Abnormal Boundingbox: If checked, the bounding box of Oblique Photography Model data in OSGB format will be repaired.
  4. Triangular mesh anomaly: If checked, repair the triangulation of Oblique Photography Model data in OSGB format.
  5. Texture Redundancy: If checked, fixes texture waste in Oblique Photography Model data in OSGB format.
  6. Remove Demaged Files: If checked, the system will automatically delete the damaged file. The damaged file refers to the file recorded in the text generated under the OSGB folder after Check Data.
  7. Too Large Texture: This parameter can limit the size of the Oblique Photography Model texture, that is, if it is checked, Texture Compression will be directly performed on OSGB Data. For example, if the original texel size of the Oblique Photography Model texture is 8192x8192 and the parameter texture size is 4096x4096, the system will automatically adjust the texture size to 4096x4096.
  8. Vertex Coordinate Threshold: This parameter is available only when the triangular mesh anomaly is selected. It is used to limit the Valid Range of the geometric vertex position of the Oblique Photography Model. The default value is 1 * 108 . Support custom parameter value size. Prompt is incremented in the output log when the absolute value of the X or Y coordinate value of a vertex in the data is greater than range threshold. This parameter can be used to identify and check data that Oblique Photography Model geometric vertex position anomalies.
  9. After setting the above parameters, you can execute the Oblique Data Preprocessing operation.
