Steps

In the "Spatial Analysis" Tab, check the "Environment Settings" checkbox in the "Facility Network Analysis" group. This will open the "Environment Settings" dock bar. Click the "Turn Table Settings" button on the toolbar of the Environment Settings window, then select "Set Turn Table" from the dropdown menu to open the dialog.
- Specify turn table. Select the target turn table dataset and its datasource.

Datasource: The dropdown lists all datasources in the current workspace. Select the datasource containing the target dataset.

Dataset: The dropdown lists all turn table datasets in the current datasource. Choose one as the turn table for network analysis.

Start Edge field: A turn at a node always involves two edges: a start edge and an end edge. In the selected turn table, choose a field to represent the starting edge of the turn.

End Edge field: In the selected turn table, choose a field to represent the ending edge of the turn.

Node ID field: A field that uniquely identifies the turn node.

Node cost field: Records the traversal cost at the specific turn node.

- Click the "OK" button to complete the setup. Click "Cancel" to exit the dialog.
