Feature Description

The Create Network Model File function generates *.snm format network model files based on 2D network datasets. The *.snm file stores the topology of network nodes and arcs, primarily used in mobile applications.

Steps

1. Open a 2D network dataset. In the "Network Analysis" Tab under the "Network Analysis" group, check the "Environment Settings" checkbox to display the "Environment Settings" dock window.
2. In the Environment Settings window, click the "Create Network Model File" button to open the "Create Network Model File" dialog.
3. In the "Create Network Model File" dialog, click the button next to the "Path" combo box to set the save path and name of the network model file in the "Open" dialog. Alternatively, directly enter the save path and name, then click "OK" to generate the network model file from the current network dataset.
