Create a Label Thematic Map

Feature Description

In the Layer Manager, select a vector layer, right-click, and choose "Create Thematic Map..." from the context menu. In the dialog box that appears, click "Label Thematic Map", then select a specific label thematic map type from the right panel to generate a default-styled label thematic map based on the current vector layer.

Uniform Label Thematic Map

A Uniform Label Thematic Map uses a thematic variable (property field or mathematical expression) to label objects in the vector layer with their corresponding thematic values. All labels employ a unified text style throughout the map.

Ranges Label Thematic Map

A Ranges Label Thematic Map utilizes two thematic variables: one for labeling objects with their corresponding values, and another for dividing these values into multiple ranges. Labels within the same range share identical text styles, while different ranges use distinct styles, creating visual diversity that reflects categorical differences.

Composite Label Thematic Map

A Composite Label Thematic Map allows segmentation of label content into multiple sections based on specified rules. Each text segment can adopt different formatting styles while maintaining thematic value labeling functionality.

Matrix Label Thematic Map

A Matrix Label Thematic Map organizes annotation content in tabular format (n×m matrix). Each object is annotated with a matrix label capable of displaying symbols, images, and text. Cells can nest secondary matrices for complex presentations, with each cell corresponding to specific thematic variables.
