Operation Instructions
- In an editable layer, select the geometry to be moved.
- In the Edit Data tab, click the Specify Orientation button in the Move and zoom group under the General editing drop-down menu to perform the specify orientation move object operation.
- The mouse prompt will appear: "Please specify the base point coordinates." Click the mouse at an appropriate position on the map or enter coordinate values to determine the base point coordinates for the move.
- The mouse prompt will then appear: "Please specify target point coordinates." Move the mouse on the map, and the map will display a real-time preview of the moved object (shown with a dashed line).
