Circle Center Adjustment

Function Description

The circle center adjustment function adjusts the endpoints of selected line objects to the center of the drawn circle and connects these line objects at that center point. Note: The connection is only at the nodes; it does not merge them into a single object.

As shown in the figure below, the circle center adjustment deletes the endpoints of the enclosed line objects and then connects the endpoints of the line objects at the center point.

  • The circle center adjustment function applies to line layers and CAD layers.
  • When the selection range is large, the circle center adjustment operation does not process line objects that fall completely within the temporarily drawn circle.
Notes:

The circle center adjustment only adjusts the endpoints of line objects; not all nodes of the selected line objects are adjusted.

Function Entry

  • Edit Data tab -> Object Editing group -> Line editing -> Endpoint editing -> Circle Center Adjustment
