Click the matrix cell in the 4th row, then click the drop-down button appearing on the right side of the cell. Select "uniform label" from the label type dropdown menu to configure the 4th row matrix cell as uniform label. Three tabs - Properties, Style, and Advanced - will appear at the bottom of the Matrix Label Thematic Map window for configuring the 4th row matrix cell styles:

• Label Expression: In the combo box next to "Expression:" under the Properties tab, set the label expression to TEMPERATURE. This will display maximum/minimum temperatures in the 4th row of the label matrix (e.g., "29℃/19℃" for Beijing);
• Tag Styles: Under the Style tab, configure the label font as Tahoma with 11pt size, text color (RGB) as (128, 0, 0), and background as white. Other font effect settings should match those shown in the figure above.
