Click the matrix cell in the 3rd row, then click the drop-down button appearing on the right side of the cell. Select "uniform label" from the label type dropdown menu to configure the 3rd row matrix cell as uniform label. The "Matrix Label Thematic Map" window will display three tabs below: "Properties", "Style", and "Advanced" for configuring the 3rd row matrix cell's style:

• Label Expression：In the combo box next to "Expression:" under the "Properties" tab, set the label expression to WEATHER. This displays weather forecast text descriptions (e.g., "Thundershower to Sunny" for Beijing) in the 3rd row of the label matrix;
• Label Styles：Under the "Style" tab, configure the label font as SimSun, font size 10.5, text color (RGB) to (87,37,124), and background to white. Other font effect settings are as shown in the above figure.
