Instructions for Use
Support the construction of Parametric Circle section objects based on parameters.
Parameter Description

| Radius (Optional) |
Set the radius of the circular section in meters. | Double |
| Location (Optional) |
Set the X/Y/Z coordinate values of the center point of the circular section. | Point3D |
| Transform Matrix (Optional) |
Set the matrix for rotating, scaling, and translating circular sections. The values are specified by the Transform Matrix tool. This matrix contains the spatial Position Info of the circular section. This parameter is mutually exclusive with the location parameter. When both parameters are set, only the transformation matrix works. |
