Combine Terrain Tiles (TIN)

Instructions for use

Support merging two Terrain Tiles (TIN) to generate a new Terrain Tiles (TIN).

When there is an overlap between two merged Terrain tiles, the overlap is usually based on the first Terrain tile specified (i.e., TIN TerrainTile 1).

When combining high precision Terrain Tiles with low precision Terrain Tiles at a location, the high precision Terrain Tiles should be above the low precision Terrain Tiles for Display Effects. That is, set the high-precision Terrain Tiles to TIN TerrainTile1.
