Extract Isosurface
Instructions for Use
The isosurface of the target range is extracted from the Voxel Grid, and the Model Data is generated. This tool enables you to convert the Voxel Grid to a model.
An isosurface is a continuous surface consisting of all points with the same attribute values in three-dimensional space. In Voxel Grid data, this attribute value is usually intensity.
Parameter Description
Parameter Name | Parameter Description | Parameter Type |
---|---|---|
Dataset | Enter the source voxel Raster Dataset. | DatasetVolume |
Maximum (Optional) | Set the maximum value of the target value field. The maximum value is initially displayed as the maximum strength value of the Voxel Grid. You can set a value between Not Less than Minimum Value and Not Greater than initial maximum value as the maximum value. | Double |
Minimum (Optional) | Set the minimum value of the target value field. The minimum value is initially displayed as the minimum intensity value of the Voxel Grid, and you can set the minimum value to be not less than value between the initial minimum value and the Greater than Maximum Value. | Double |
Target Datasource: | Set the Datasource where the Result Model Dataset is saved. | Datasource |
Target Dataset Name (Optional) | Set the name of the Result Model Dataset. | String |
