System Configuration
Before installing the product, ensure that your computer meets the minimum configuration requirements. Refer to the hardware and software requirements below.
Hardware Requirements
- Minimum Hardware Requirements
- Processor: Dual-core 2.30 GHz frequency.
- Memory: 8 GB.
- Hard Disk Space: 256 GB.
- Graphics Card: Integrated graphics card (install the latest graphics driver). For using analysis or scene functions, it is recommended to use a dedicated graphics card, OpenGL version: 1.5.
- Recommended Hardware Configuration
- Processor: Core i7 or above.
- Memory Requirements: 16 GB or above.
- Hard Disk Space: 500 GB or above.
- Graphics Card: 2GB or above, dedicated graphics card (install the latest graphics driver). It is recommended to use a gaming graphics card, OpenGL version: 2.0 or above.
If you want to experience 3D effects, please refer to the following recommended hardware configuration:
- Processor: Core i7 or equivalent processor.
- Memory Requirements: 32 GB or above.
- Hard Disk Space: Choose based on data volume, preferably solid-state drive.
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX1650 or above. For intensive BIM data display requirements, it is recommended to use RTX2070 or above graphics card. Update the graphics driver, minimum support for OpenGL 2.0.

Runtime Environment Requirements
Starting from version V12, the GCC compilation environment has been upgraded to GLIBC 2.28 and GCC 8.3. For ARM and Linux environments, runtime requires GLIBC ≥ 2.28 and GCC ≥ 8.3 version requirements.
If your system does not meet the above requirements, you can adjust it as follows to meet the installation requirements:
- If the GLIBC in your system is < 2.28: Upgrade the operating system, i.e., reinstall an operating system that meets GLIBC 2.28. For installation methods, please refer to the official website of each operating system.
- If the GLIBC version in your system is >= 2.28 but GCC < 8.3 or GCC is not installed: Extract the supermap_libs.tar.gz file under the support/systemlibs/ directory in the installation path, then copy the libstdc++.so.6* related libraries from its directory to the bin folder under the software installation path. After that, you can run the software.
