Remove the layer

Removes the selected layer from Layer Manager and from the map. There are two ways to remove a layer:

• Method 1: Right click the layer in Layer Manager, and select Remove in the pop-up Context Menu;
• Method 2: Select the layer in Layer Manager and press the Delete key to remove the layer.

Rename the layer

Lets you change the name of the layer. Two methods are provided:

• Method 1: Select Rename in the Context Menu of the layer whose name needs to be modified. At this time, the Layer Name becomes editable. You can enter a new name to modify the title of the layer. Click Enter or click other areas to complete Renames.
• Method 2: Select a layer in Layer Manager and press F2 to quickly start the editable state of Layer Name. After entering a new name, click Enter or click another area to complete Renames.
