The Marker Symbol Editor can be opened through the Marker Symbol Selector. Four methods for opening the Marker Symbol Editor are described as follows. For information on how to open a Marker Symbol Selector, see: Open the Marker Symbol Selector. .

• In the Marker Symbol Selector, click the New 2D Symbol button. At this time, the symbol editing area of the Marker Symbol Editor is blank. This operation creates a new vector point symbol.
• In the Marker Symbol Selector, select any vector point symbol, and then click the Edit Symbol button.
• In the Marker Symbol Selector, select any vector point symbol, and double-click the left mouse button on the vector point symbol.
• In the Marker Symbol Selector, select any vector point symbol, click the Context Menu on the vector point symbol, and select the Edit button.
