Create a new 3D Unique Values Map.

Instructions for use

In the Create Thematic Map function interface, select Default in the right list corresponding to Unique-values Map to use the default settings of the application system. Make a 3D Unique Values Map for a 3D layer of the Vector Dataset type.

Operation steps

  1. Sets the current layer to be the 3D layer of the Vector Dataset type of the 3D Unique Values Map (except for the 3D layer of the Text Dataset type).
  2. Click the Thematic button in the Data group on the Scene tab of the ribbon.
  3. The Create Thematic Map function interface pops up, select Unique-values Map in the left list, and select Default in the right list by default. Click OK to create the default 3D Unique Values Map.
  4. The created 3D Unique Values Map is automatically displayed as a thematic layer in the Add to Current scene, and a sub-node will be added under the "Normal Layer" node in the Layer Manager, which corresponds to the thematic map just created.

Precautions

  1. The Thematic Map button is available only for 3D layers whose current layer is of the Vector Dataset type (except for 3D layers of the Text Dataset type).
  2. After the "Default" item is used to complete the Unique-Values Map, the "3D Unique Values Map" window will pop up at the same time, in which the setting information for making the current thematic map is displayed, and the user can modify these settings. Therefore, the user can modify the default Unique-Values Map to obtain a more ideal 3D Unique Values Map.
