Weight Settings
Used to store Update Edge Weight and node weights in memory. The Update Edge Weight function is used to update the forward and backward weight of an arc segment and set whether the arc segment is an obstacle edge. Update Node Weight is used to set the steering weight at the node and whether the node is an obstacle point.
