After the Chart Data is edited and checked to be correct, the editable chart can be Dataset Group Convert to Non to the editable Chart Group to prevent the Chart Data from being modified by mistake.

Operation steps

The following is an example of converting CN5X0000 Editable Chart Group to Non-editable Chart Group to describe the relevant operations in detail:

1. In the Workspace Manager, right-click the grouping node "CN5X0000" and select Generate Non-editable Chart Group, or on the Chart tab, in the Chart Data group, Click the Convert Group Drop-down Button and select Generate Non-editable Chart Groups.. to pop up the Convert to Non-editable Chart Group dialog. As shown in the following figure:

2. Supports saving Non-editable Chart Group to an Existing data source and to a new Datasource.
   • Save to Existing data source: You can select the existing Datasource in the Current Works pace to store the Non-editable Chart Group.
   • Save to new Datasource: Click the Create.. button in the Datasource drop-down list, select a new Datasource Type, and name it. Create a new Datasource to save the read-only Chart Group data.
3. Click the OK button in the dialog box to editable Chart Group the Editable Chart Group Convert to Non, and the generated Non-editable Chart Group is CN5X0000 _ 12000. The naming rule is: "Edit Group Name" + "_" + "Edit Scale".
