Click the cell in row 3, click the drop-down arrow that appear in the bottom right corner of the cell, and then click Uniform in the list that shows up. On the Properties, Style, and Advanced tabs that appears below, set the style for the cell in row 3.

• Expression (Properties Tab): WEATHER, the field storing text describing the weather.
• Set label style (Styles Tab): Set the label style.
