Importing/Exporting Color Table

Introduction

SuperMap supports you to import the external color table file into the Color Table dialog box and export the color table in the dialog box. Currently it supports two formats of color table files: sct and sctu. The *.sct file is a color table format supported by an earlier version of SuperMap Desktop. while the *.sctu file is a color table format supported by a new version of SuperMap Desktop like SuperMap Deskpro .NET.

The exported color table is saved as a single color table file (*.sctu). Each time only one color table file can be imported/exported. The color table file records the corresponding color value of each serial number.

Basic Steps

Import Color Table

1. Click the Import Color Table button in the Color Table dialog box to open the Open dialog box.
2. Select a color table file in the Open dialog box, and then click Open. The imported color table file is automatically added to the list box of the Color Table dialog box.

Export Color Table

1. Click the Import Color Table button in the Color Table dialog box to open the Save As dialog box.
2. Select a location for the exported file, and then click Save.
