Runtime Environment Requirements
Starting from version V12, the GCC compilation environment has been upgraded to GLIBC 2.28 and GCC 8.3. For Linux runtime environments, GLIBC ≥ 2.28 and GCC ≥ 8.3 are required.
If your system does not meet the above requirements, you can make the following adjustments to meet the installation requirements:
- If your system has GLIBC < 2.28: Upgrade the operating system by reinstalling one that meets GLIBC 2.28. Refer to the official documentation of each operating system for installation instructions.
- If your system has GLIBC ≥ 2.28 but GCC < 8.3 or no GCC installed: Extract the supermap_libs.tar.gz file from the support/systemlibs/ directory in the installation path, then copy the libstdc++.so.6* related libraries to the bin folder in the software installation path. After completing this, the software can be run.
