Through query operation, coordinate query, attribute query, spatial query, box query and slant single query can be realized.
Coordinate query
Coordinate query function is used to query and display X, Y and Z values of any position in the scene. Note that coordinates in flat scenes are in meters, and coordinates in spherical scenes are in degrees (longitude and latitude) and meters (elevation). The specific operation steps are as follows:
- Click Query - Coordinate Query to pop up the Coordinate Query Panel.
- Click anywhere in the 3D scene with the left mouse button, and the panel will display the coordinate results of the query in real time.
- In spherical scenes, click the Settings button on the dashboard to set any point as the geographic origin.
- The query results are shown below.
Attribute query
Attribute query function is used to query and display attributes of model objects in the scene. This function is only applicable to querying the attributes of building white model, urban fine model and BIM data stored with S3M tiles. The specific operation steps are as follows:
- Click Query - Attribute Query to pop up the Attribute Query Panel.
- Select any object in the 3D scene by clicking the left mouse button, and the panel will display the query attribute results in real time.
- The query results are shown below.
Spatial query
Spatial query function is to query and display partial objects by constructing filtering conditions through spatial position relationship between objects. Query objects in the scene that intersect or are separated from them by drawing a query box.
- Click Query - Spatial Query to pop up the Spatial Query panel.
- In the Layer Selection box, check the layers involved in the operation.
- Click query , click mouse coordinate in 3D scene to confirm diagonal point of query box, query box and query result will be displayed in real time.
- According to the requirements, you can set the query mode, including intersection and separation.
- By adjusting the height of Box stretch and the elevation of Box bottom, the size of query box can be changed to realize real-time change of query results.
- By changing the query result color, the display color of the queried object will be modified in real time.
- The query results are shown in the figure below.
- When the query is finished, click Clear to clear the query results in the scene.
Marquee select
Box selection function is based on the query surface through a certain filtering mode, batch query and highlight objects. The specific operation steps are as follows:
- Click Query - Box Query button to pop up Box Query Settings panel.
- Select box mode as needed.
- Union mode: In this mode, all objects selected by each query surface are highlighted. That is, query surface A is drawn first, and then query surface B is drawn. In union mode, the display objects belong to both those queried by surface B and those queried by surface A.
- Intersection mode: objects highlighted in this mode are objects at the intersection of query faces. That is, query surface A is drawn first, and then query surface B is drawn. In intersection mode, the display objects belong to both those queried by surface B and those queried by surface A.
- Subtraction mode: highlight objects that are subtracted from each query surface in this mode. That is, query surface A is drawn first, and then query surface B is drawn. In subtraction mode, the display objects belong to the query of surface B, but do not belong to the query of surface A.
- Click Query and click left mouse button in scene to determine diagonal point of query face. Multiple query surfaces can be drawn continuously, query results will be displayed in real time according to the box selection mode, and the box selection mode can also be changed during drawing.
- After query, click Clear to clear all query results in the scene.
Slant singulation query
Inclined singulation query function is used to realize virtual dynamic singulation query effect of oblique photography three-dimensional model. The specific operation steps are as follows:
- Click Query - Tilt Singulation Query button to pop up Tilt Singulation Query Settings Panel.
- Set vector plane data and related parameters corresponding to oblique photography three-dimensional model data. Enter the service address where the vector polygon is located, the vector data source name, the vector dataset name, the bottom elevation field name, and the top elevation field name, respectively.
- Click Query , and the query object attributes will be returned in real time. The query results are shown below.
- After the query is finished, click Clear to clear the query results in the scene.
