Adjust layer style

The Layer Styles pane lets you set the fill mode, fill color, and selection color of data in a scene, as well as the transparency of image data.

Left click the More button after the specific layer, pop-up menu, select the layer style , pop-up layer style panel. Set specific parameters according to needs. The operation steps are as follows:

Fill mode

Fill mode is a display mode used to set model objects. It is only applicable to model data such as BIM, urban fine model and building white model stored with S3M tiles.

  1. In the Layer Style pane, select the appropriate fill mode as needed.
    • Outline: This mode displays only the outline of the model, not the fill content of the model.
    • Fill: This mode displays only the fill content of the model, not the outline of the model.
    • Fill and Outline: This mode displays both the outline and fill contents of the model.

    If you want to display the outline of the model data, check the box when generating the S3M tile .

Fill color

Fill color is used to set the fill color of model data such as building white model, city fine model, BIM, etc. and data such as 3D surface. After setting, the color displayed by the object is the effect of mixing the color of the data itself with the color value of the setting.

  1. In the Layer Style Settings pane, click the parameter value after the fill color to pop up the Color Settings pane.
  2. You can set the appropriate color and transparency (RGBA) by entering values directly or by clicking the color wheel.

Selected color

Used to set the display color of the selected object in the layer where the S3M tile is located. The color of the selected object will be replaced with the set color.

  1. In the Layer Style pane, click the parameter value of the selected color to pop up the Color pane.
  2. You can set the appropriate color and transparency (RGBA) by entering values directly or by clicking the color wheel.

Image transparency

Used to set the transparency effect of image data. This function applies only to image data.

  1. In the Layer Style Settings panel, adjust the transparency of the data by entering a value or sliding the mouse. The value range is [0.0, 1.0], where 0.0 represents complete opacity and 1.0 represents complete transparency.
